Recipe Brownie cookies
Ingredients
- 1kg Macphie Brownie Mix
- 290g water
- 130g vegetable oil
- Pistachios
- Macphie Sweet Snow®
- Malt flavouring
Method
In a machine bowl fitted with a paddle, add vegetable oil and water to the Macphie Brownie Mix.
Beat for 1 minute on slow speed.
Beat for 3 minutes on medium speed and add any flavour or inclusions desired (we used pistachios and malt flavouring!), then bake at 175°C for 40 minutes, once cooled cut to desired shape.
Once baked garnish with Macphie Sweet Snow®
