Recipe Brownie roll

Ingredients
- 1kg Macphie Brownie Mix
- 130g vegetable oil
- 290g water
- 350g Macphie Cream Cheese Frosting
- Macphie Sweet Snow®

Method
Add Macphie Brownie Mix, vegetable oil and water to a machine bowl fitted with a paddle and mix on slow speed for 3 minutes.
Deposit brownie mixture into 12 x 7-inch trays.
Bake at 160°C for 35-40 minutes.
Once cooled empty onto parchment paper and place another sheet of parchment paper on top. Pin out the brownie till its half the thickness.
Spread with Macphie Cream Cheese Frosting and roll up as per swiss roll.
Finish with Macphie Sweet Snow®.
