Method

  1. In a machine bowl fitted with a paddle, add vegetable oil and water to the Macphie Blondie Mix

  2. Beat for 1 minute on slow then beat for 3 minutes on medium

  3. Deposit into a tray and bake at 150c for 45 minutes 

  4. Once baked allow to cool and place into the fridge

  5. Once chilled, bring Macphie Crème Brulée to the boil in a pan and allow to boil for 2 minute

  6. Pour over the blondie and allow to set

  7. Once set, portion and glaze with a small amount of sugar and a blow torch
