Recipe Brulée Blondies
Ingredients
- 1kg Macphie Blondie Mix
- 190g Oil
- 190g Water
- Macphie Crème Brûlée
Method
In a machine bowl fitted with a paddle, add vegetable oil and water to the Macphie Blondie Mix
Beat for 1 minute on slow then beat for 3 minutes on medium
Deposit into a tray and bake at 150c for 45 minutes
Once baked allow to cool and place into the fridge
Once chilled, bring Macphie Crème Brulée to the boil in a pan and allow to boil for 2 minute
Pour over the blondie and allow to set
Once set, portion and glaze with a small amount of sugar and a blow torch
