Recipe Bubble waffle
Ingredients
- 1kg Complete Pancake & Waffle Mix
- 265g melted butter
- 1235g water
- Soft serve ice cream
- Fresh strawberries (quartered)
- o.t.t® Strawberry dessert topping
- Hundreds & thousands
Method Makes 5 to 6 portions
Place Complete Pancake & Waffle Mix into a machine bowl fitted with a whisk, add liquids and mix for 1 minute on slow speed, scrape down. Mix on medium speed for 1 minute or until a smooth batter is formed
Pour the waffle mix in a preheated bubble waffle iron and cook until golden and crisp
While warm, roll the waffles in to cone shapes, fill with soft ice cream, fresh strawberries and drizzle with Macphie o.t.t® Strawberry dessert topping
Sprinkle on hundreds & thousands to finish off
