Recipe Buffalo gravy chicken wings

Ingredients
- 100g Macphie Southern Style Gravy
- 20g buffalo hot sauce
- Chicken wings
- Coriander
- Pink pickled onions
- Chili

Method
Deep fry the chicken wings until golden and crispy.
Mix Macphie Southern Style Gravy and buffalo hot sauce together (to taste).
Toss the wings in the buffalo gravy.
Serve with a dipping bowl of the warmed buffalo gravy, pickled onions and sliced chilies.
