Method

  1. Place the Macphie Madeira Cake Mix into a mixing  bowl with the softened butter and mix on a slow speed for 1 minute.

  2. Add the water and mix for 1 minute and scrape down the bowl, mix for a further 4 minutes on medium speed.

  3. Place into a baking tray and bake on 160°C for 40 minutes, until baked.

  4. Once cooled, beat the cake back with some Macphie Vanilla Frosting to form a soft workable cake mix.

  5. Form into balls and freeze.

  6. Melt the Chocolate and Vegetable oil together and dip the frozen balls into the chocolate.

  7. Decorate as required.
