Recipe Cake pops
Ingredients
- 425g white Chocolate
- 25g vegetable oil
- 1kg Macphie Celebration Cake Mix
- 475g water
- 100g butter
- Macphie Vanilla Frosting
- Sprinkles
Method
Place the Macphie Celebration Cake Mix into a mixing bowl with the softened butter and mix on a slow speed for 1 minute.
Add 300g of the water and mix for 1 minute and scrape down the bowl, mix for a further 4 minutes on medium speed and add in the remaining 175g of water then mix for a further 2 minutes on slow speed.
Place into a baking tray and bake on 180°C for 40 minutes, until baked.
Once cooled, beat the cake back with some Macphie Vanilla Frosting to form a soft workable cake mix.
Form into balls and freeze.
Melt the chocolate and vegetable oil together and dip the frozen balls into the chocolate.
Decorate as required.
