Method

  1. In a spiral mixer add in the Macphie Bun Concentrate, bread flour, yeast and water, and mix for 2 minutes on slow speed then 6 minutes on fast speed until a dough is formed.

  2. Pin out dough into a rectangle and spread with bake stable cinnamon filling.

  3. Roll up the dough and divide into 18 equal size pieces and place in a deep oven dish or gastro tray.

  4. Cover and leave in a warm humid place until the pieces double in size.

  5. Then bake in a fan assisted oven at 200°C for 18-20 minutes.

  6. Allow to cool, cover the top with Macphie Luxury Caramel Filling and decorate with the melted white and dark chocolate.
