Recipe Caramel loaded cookie
Ingredients
- 1kg Macphie Soft & Chewy Cookie Mix
- Macphie Luxury Caramel Filling
- 120g water
- White chocolate pieces
Method
Mix the Macphie Soft & Chewy Cookie Mix with water until a dough is formed.
Roll into 60g balls, flatten slightly and chill for at least 1 hour.
Bake on 150°C for 12-14 minutes until cooked.
Allow to cool.
Once cooled top with Macphie Luxury Caramel Filling and white chocolate chunks.
