Method

  1. Stretch out your pizza base to the desired shape.

  2. With the back of a spoon, spread out the Macphie Béchamel with Butter Sauce in the middle of your pizza base.

  3. Crumble on the guanciale and grated mozzarella cheese.

  4. Season with the black pepper and crack your egg in the centre.

  5. Bake in a pizza oven until ready.

  6. When cooked, finish with freshly grated Parmesan cheese.
