1. Place Macphie American Soft Cookie Mix into a bowl with the softened butter and crumb together.

  2. Add in the carrot juice, grated carrot & Macphie Flapjack Mix and bring together to form a dough.

  3. Deposit into moulds or onto silicone paper and bake for approx. 18mins at 180⁰C.

  4. Once cooled heat up some Macphie 5th Avenue® White Icing and mix with some orange food colour & drizzle over the cookies.

  5. Finish off with some pumpkin seeds.
