Recipe Carrot cookies
Ingredients
- 1000g Macphie American Soft Cookie Mix
- 200g softened butter
- 140g carrot juice
- 100g grated carrot
- 100g Macphie Flapjack Mix
- Macphie 5th Avenue® White Icing
- Orange food colouring
- Pumpkin seeds
Method
Place Macphie American Soft Cookie Mix into a bowl with the softened butter and crumb together.
Add in the carrot juice, grated carrot & Macphie Flapjack Mix and bring together to form a dough.
Deposit into moulds or onto silicone paper and bake for approx. 18mins at 180⁰C.
Once cooled heat up some Macphie 5th Avenue® White Icing and mix with some orange food colour & drizzle over the cookies.
Finish off with some pumpkin seeds.
