Cauliflower bomb



  1. Remove all leaves from cauliflower & wash fully and pat dry.

  2. Place cauliflower bomb in a deep sided tin & coat with olive oil and season with salt and pepper

  3. Pour over Macphie Plant-based Cheese Sauce and bake for 45 minutes at 180°C and reapply the sauce every so often. 

  4. Once baked transfer to serving plate.
