Recipe Cauliflower steak


Ingredients
- Macphie Plant-based Cheese Sauce
- Cauliflower
- Salt & pepper
- Olive oil

Method
Remove all leaves from cauliflower & wash fully and pat dry.
Carefully cut the cauliflower into 5cm steaks.
Rub the steaks with olive oil and season with salt and pepper before placing the steaks into a hot griddle pan.
Cook either side for 4-6 minutes or until the cauliflower steak is cooked al dente.
Finish the steak with a drizzle of hot Macphie Plant-based Cheese Sauce.
