Cauliflower steak using Macphie Plant-based Cheese Sauce



  1. Remove all leaves from cauliflower & wash fully and pat dry.

  2. Carefully cut the cauliflower into 5cm steaks.

  3. Rub the steaks with olive oil and season with salt and pepper before placing the steaks into a hot griddle pan.

  4. Cook either side for 4-6 minutes or until the cauliflower steak is cooked al dente.

  5. Finish the steak with a drizzle of hot Macphie Plant-based Cheese Sauce.
