Recipe Celebration cake
Ingredients
- 1kg Macphie Celebration Cake Mix
- Macphie Buttercream Frosting
- 475g water
- 100g oil
- Coloured sprinkles
Method
Place Macphie Celebration Cake Mix, 300g of the water & all the oil into a machine bowl and mix for 1 min on slow speed then mix for 4 min on 2nd speed.
Place the rest of the water into the machine and mix for 2 mins on slow speed.
Blend in the coloured sprinkles and deposit into foil trays.
1.Bake for around 30 – 35 mins at 180°C.
Once cool, slice off the top and top with Macphie Buttercream Frosting and decorate as desired.
