1. Mix a small amount of Macphie Filset through the Macphie Cheddar Cheese Sauce and fold through the grated cheddar.

  2. Mix the cooked diced potato and slowly cooked diced onion into the sauce mix and season with salt and pepper.

  3. Cut out large circles of puff pastry on a floured surface.

  4. Fill half of each circle, fold and crimp.

  5. Spray with Macphie GlenGlaze® and pierce the tops for air to escape.

  6. Bake at 180°C  for 30mins or until golden brown.
