1. Peel and dice the swede and cook in salted water until soft and tender.

  2. Drain and allow to steam until dry.

  3. Mash with a potato masher and mix in Macphie Cheddar Cheese Sauce and butter.

  4. Season to taste.

  5. Pair your cheesy creamed swede with cauliflower cheese, asparagus, maple glazed carrots and roast potatoes with your carvery or Sunday roast.
