Method

  1. Mix the chicken breast mince and the Thai green curry paste and make oval shaped patties to match the buns.

  2. Fry each side off in a hot skillet pan until cooked through.

  3. To make the slaw, mix the mango, onion and cabbage together. Season with salt and pepper. Add a splash of white wine vinegar and bind with the Macphie fru-ti o.t.t® Mango & Passionfruit dessert topping.

  4. Assemble the burgers with the lettuce and plenty of mango slaw.
