Recipe Chicken burger with mango & passionfruit slaw
Ingredients
- Minced chicken breast or vegan alternative
- Thai green curry paste
- Iceberg lettuce leaves
- Oval burger bun
- Shredded mango
- Shredded white cabbage
- Sliced white onion
- White wine vinegar
- Salt and pepper
- Macphie fru-ti o.t.t® Mango & Passionfruit dessert topping
Method
Mix the chicken breast mince and the Thai green curry paste and make oval shaped patties to match the buns.
Fry each side off in a hot skillet pan until cooked through.
To make the slaw, mix the mango, onion and cabbage together. Season with salt and pepper. Add a splash of white wine vinegar and bind with the Macphie fru-ti o.t.t® Mango & Passionfruit dessert topping.
Assemble the burgers with the lettuce and plenty of mango slaw.
