Method

  1. Heat a suitable saucepan, over a medium heat. Once hot add a little olive oil to the pan, season the chicken thighs with salt and pepper and add to the pan skin side down.

  2. Add the garlic and thyme, and caramelise the chicken until golden, once golden flip over and place in a preheated oven at 180°C for 8 – 10 mins, until cooked through.

  3. Once cooked remove from the pan and allow to rest.

  4. Meanwhile add sliced onions to the pan and fry over a medium heat until soft, deglaze the pan with a splash water.

  5. Add the Macphie White Wine Sauce and mix through. Place the chicken back in to warm through. Serve immediately
