• 500ml korma curry sauce
  • 250g rice
  • 1 sweet potato
  • 400g chicken pieces/thighs


Makes 4 portions

  1. Place the chicken pieces and diced potato in a pan, add sauce, bring to the boil and simmer, until chicken is fully cooked.
  2. Boil the rice separately in a pan.
  3. Serve both together.
