Ingredients

  • Spiced chicken tenders or vegan alternative
  • Macphie Plant-based Taco Sauce
  • Diced chillies
  • Diced jalapenos
  • Diced pickles
  • Pickle juice
  • Cracked black pepper
  • Dried oregano
  • Fresh coriander

Method

  1. Cook the chicken tenders (or vegan alternative) to the manufacturers guidelines.

  2. In a medium saucepan heat up the Macphie Plant-based Taco Sauce.

  3. Once almost boiling remove from the stove and add the chillies, pickles, a splash of pickle juice, jalapenos, pepper and oregano.

  4. Mix thoroughly.

  5. Spoon the dirty taco sauce onto a plate and place the cooked tenders on top.

  6. Garnish with fresh coriander.
