Recipe Chicken tikka pizza
Ingredients
- 10kg bakers grade bread flour
- Pizza base (make using Macphie Softie®)
- Macphie Béchamel with Butter Sauce
- Macphie Nacho Cheese Sauce
- Chicken tikka pieces
- Grated mozzarella
- Mint leaves
Method
Spread Macphie Béchamel with Butter Sauce onto a pizza base (to make using Macphie Softie® see https://www.macphie.com/products/softie).
Top with the chicken tikka pieces and grated mozzarella.
Place into a pizza oven at 300°C for 60 – 90 seconds until cooked.
Drizzle with Macphie Nacho Cheese Sauce and sprinkle with mint leaves.
