Method

  1. Add tikka masala paste to the Macphie Nacho Cheese Sauce (to taste) and add a touch of lime juice.

  2. Marinate the chicken wings with the rest of the tikka paste for 4 hours in the fridge.

  3. Place the marinated chicken wings onto a baking tray and place into a pre heated oven at 200°C.

  4. Bake for 25 minutes or until fully cooked.

  5. Dress the chicken wings with the tikka nacho cheese sauce, mango chutney, diced tomato, nigella seeds, crushed poppadom’s and coriander leaf.
