Recipe Chip butty with jerk gravy

Ingredients
- 100g Macphie Southern Style Gravy
- 20g jerk seasoning
- 10g mango and chili salsa
- 100g chunky chips
- 1 mini ciabatta

Method
Season the Macphie Southern Style Gravy with Jerk Seasoning, adjust as required to taste
Deep fry the chunky chips and season with salt and jerk seasoning.
Place into the sliced, toasted ciabatta, top with the Jerk southern style gravy and mango chilli salsa.
Serve with a dipping pot of the jerk flavoured Macphie Southern Style Gravy.
