Nacho Cheese Sauce


  1. Heat fryer to 190°C

  2. Heat Macphie Plant-Based Demi-Glace in a saucepan

  3. Fry off chips until cooked. Drain off excess oil & season

  4. Place into desired container or plate

  5. Top with grated cheese

  6. Ladle on Macphie Plant-based Demi-Glace
