Method

  1. Add the Macphie Chocolate Celebration Cake Mix to the bowl with 300g of the water and all of the vegetable oil.

  2. Mix for one minute on slow speed, then mix for a further 4 minutes on medium speed, scrape down.

  3. Add the rest of the water and mix for 2 minutes on slow speed.

  4. Deposit 4-5kg into 18 x 30 sheets and bake for 40-50 minutes at 180°C.

  5. Once cool top with Macphie Chocolate Frosting and chocolate sprinkles.
