Recipe Chocolate cookie dough pizza
Ingredients
- 300g ready-to-use pizza dough
- Macphie Chocolate Sauce
- Macphie o.t.t® PLUS White Chocolate dessert topping
- Macphie Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough
- White marshmallows
Method
Stretch or roll your pizza dough on a floured surface to a circular shape.
Cover the base with Macphie Chocolate Sauce.
Load up the pizza with marshmallows and Macphie Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough pieces.
Bake in a hot oven until the base is cooked and the edges are brown and crispy.
Finish with Macphie o.t.t® PLUS White Chocolate dessert topping.
