Recipe Chocolate mousse bomb

Ingredients
- 500ml Macphie Chocolate Pot
- ISI Gun with 2 gas canisters
- 2 x Tempered chocolate spheres, in halves
- 100g Chocolate soil
- 20g Gold fudge pieces
- Macphie o.t.t® Belgian Chocolate dessert topping

Method
Add the Macphie Chocolate Pot into the ISI Gun and charge with 1 gas canister. Shake well for 10 seconds.
Siphon into one of the tempered chocolate sphere halves and garnish with the gold fudge pieces.
Place the other half of the tempered chocolate sphere on top to complete.
When ready to serve, place a spoon of chocolate soil onto your serving plate, followed by the filled sphere.
Pour over hot Macphie o.t.t® Belgian Chocolate dessert topping at the table to melt and reveal the mousse inside.
