Recipe Chocolate muffins
Ingredients
- 1kg American Chocolate Muffin & Cake Mix
- 400g water
- 200g vegetable oil
- Dark chocolate
- Cocoa powder
- Macphie Chocolate Fine Non-Hydrogenated Sweet Snow®
- Macphie Buttercream Frosting
Method
Beat the Macphie Buttercream Frosting with some cocoa powder and some melted dark chocolate to desired colour and taste and place in piping bag.
Place Macphie American Chocolate Muffin & Cake Mix into a machine bowl fitted with a paddle, add the oil and water and mix on slow speed for 1 minute, scrape down.
Mix for a further 6 minutes on medium speed.
Mix for a final minute on slow speed.
Pipe on the chocolate buttercream and top with a dusting of Macphie Chocolate Fine Non-Hydrogenated Sweet Snow®
