Recipe Chocolate orange blondie

Method

  1. Add the vegetable oil and water to Macphie Blondie Mix.

  2. Mix on a slow speed for 1 minute.

  3. Mix on a medium speed for 6 minutes.

  4. In a lined baking tray, deposit 300g batter and add in a thin layer of Macphie o.t.t® PLUS Chocolate Orange dessert topping.

  5. Top with the remainder of the Macphie Blondie Mix and decorate with chocolate orange pieces.

  6. Bake on 170°C for 35-40 minutes, or until fully cooked.

  7. Drizzle with more Macphie o.t.t® PLUS Chocolate Orange dessert topping.
