Method

  1. Place into a machine bowl and blend together on slow speed for 1 minute.

  2. Mix for 4 minutes on medium speed.

  3. Deposit 3 x 600g trays (12”x7”).

  4. Spread out and bake at 170°C for 25-30 minutes until baked.

  5. Once cool trim off the tops.

  6. Spread with Macphie Chocolate Frosting between each layer.

  7. Cut cake in 2 long ways to get 2 cakes.

  8. Apply a very thin layer of Macphie Chocolate Frosting onto the top layer and pour on the chocolate mirror glaze.

  9. Finish with tempered chocolate.
