Recipe Chocolate orange celebration cake

Ingredients
- 1125g Macphie Chocolate Orange Sensation®
- 390g vegetable oil
- 310g water
- Macphie Rainbow Frosting Chocolate
- Chocolate mirror glaze
- Tempered chocolate

Method
Place into a machine bowl and blend together on slow speed for 1 minute.
Mix for 4 minutes on medium speed.
Deposit 3 x 600g trays (12”x7”).
Spread out and bake at 170°C for 25-30 minutes until baked.
Once cool trim off the tops.
Spread with Macphie Rainbow Frosting Chocolate between each layer.
Cut cake in 2 long ways to get 2 cakes.
Apply a very thin layer of Macphie Rainbow Frosting Chocolate onto the top layer and pour on the chocolate mirror glaze.
Finish with tempered chocolate.
