Method

  1. Place Macphie Chocolate Orange Sensation®, water & oil in a mixing bowl fitted with a beater.

  2. Mix on slow speed for 1 minute, scrape down. Then mix for a further 4 minutes on medium speed.

  3. Pour batter into lined tray and bake at  180°C for 40 – 45 minutes. Once cooled, cube.

  4. Whisk the Macphie Mactop® Traditional on a medium to high speed for 3-5 minutes until 3 times the volume.

  5. Remove around 1/3 of the Macphie Mactop® Traditional  and keep separate in a piping bag.

  6. Melt the dark chocolate and pour into the whisked Macphie Mactop® Traditional and mix well, you can also add Macphie o.t.t® Belgian Chocolate dessert topping for extra flavour!

  7. Build sundae with layers of Macphie Chocolate Orange Sensation® and the chocolate Macphie Mactop® Traditional. Top with plain whipped Macphie Mactop® Traditional and as desired decorate with chocolate orange pieces, cookie pieces, Macphie o.t.t® Belgian chocolate dessert topping and more Macphie Chocolate Orange Sensation®, Enjoy!
