Method

  1. Add some Macphie o.t.t® PLUS Chocolate Orange dessert topping into Macphie Mactop® Traditional, mix well and charge in an Espuma with 1 charge.

  2. To make the brownie pieces. In a machine bowl fitted with a paddle, add 130g of vegetable oil and 290g of water to 1kg of Macphie Brownie Mix. Beat for 1 minute on slow speed then beat for 3 minutes on medium speed. Bake in foil trays for 40 mins at 175°C

  3. Build the sundae by adding in Brownie pieces into the bottom of the glass, adding in a ball of chocolate ice cream and some Macphie o.t.t® PLUS Chocolate Orange dessert topping.

  4. Add in cubes of Chocolate orange blondie and some more Macphie o.t.t® PLUS Chocolate Orange dessert topping and chocolate ice cream.

  5. Top with the chocolate orange Mactop® Traditional from the espuma and decorate as desired.
