Method Makes approx. 6 waffles

  1. Place the Mississippi Muffin Mix into a bowl fitted with a paddle, add the water and oil and beat for 1 minute on slow speed. Scrape down the bowl and beat for 6 minutes on medium speed

  2. Pour a ladle of the mix into a preheated waffle iron and cook until crispy

  3. Split each waffle into 4 pieces and line in a plate or bowl

  4. Top with Caramel ice cream, popcorn pieces and plenty of Macphie o.t.t® Toffee dessert topping
