Recipe Chocolate and toffee waffles

Ingredients
- 500g Macphie Reduced Sugar Mississippi Chocolate Muffin & Cake Mix
- 220g water
- 125g vegetable oil
- Caramel ice cream
- Toffee popcorn
- Macphie o.t.t® Toffee dessert topping

Method Makes approx. 6 waffles
Place the Mississippi Muffin Mix into a bowl fitted with a paddle, add the water and oil and beat for 1 minute on slow speed. Scrape down the bowl and beat for 6 minutes on medium speed
Pour a ladle of the mix into a preheated waffle iron and cook until crispy
Split each waffle into 4 pieces and line in a plate or bowl
Top with Caramel ice cream, popcorn pieces and plenty of Macphie o.t.t® Toffee dessert topping
