Recipe Chorizo sausage roll with taco dip
Ingredients
- 600g Macphie Plant-based Taco Sauce
- Macphie Plant-based Glaze
- Macphie Meat-free Sausage Roll Concentrate
- Cold water
- Chorizo
- Diced red & green peppers
- Sheets of puff pastry
Method
Place Macphie Meat-free Sausage Roll Concentrate into a machine bowl fitted with a paddle, add the water and blend together on slow speed for 1 minute.
Add chopped chorizo sausage, diced red and green peppers and Macphie Plant-based Taco Sauce then blend thoroughly on slow speed until completely mixed through.
Deposit as required onto sheets of puff pastry and make sausage rolls using normal method.
Brush or spray with Macphie Plant-based Glaze, then bake at 225°C for approximately 25 minutes until golden brown.
