Recipe Christmas loaded brownies
Ingredients
- 1000g Macphie Brownie Mix
- 290g water
- 130g vegetable oil
- Candy canes
- 300g Macphie Vanilla Frosting
- Green food colouring
- Christmas decorations
Method
In a machine bowl fitted with a paddle, add the vegetable oil and water to the Macphie Brownie Mix.
Beat for 1 minute on slow speed.
Beat for 3 minutes on medium speed.
For 18×30 sheets, deposit between 4-5kg.
Bake for 50-55 minutes at 175⁰C.
Once cooled, carefully remove the brownie from the tin. Cut into triangles and stick candy canes into the bottoms to create a trunk.
Mix the green food colouring into the Macphie Vanilla Frosting.
Using a small star nozzle, pipe the green frosting from top to bottom of the brownies in a sweeping motion.
Garnish with the Christmas decorations, preferably with a star for the top.
