Recipe Christmas loaded brownies

Ingredients
- 1kg Macphie Brownie Mix
- 250g unsalted butter
- 400g water
- Candy canes
- 300g Macphie Rainbow Frosting Vanilla
- Green food colouring
- Christmas decorations

Method
In a machine bowl fitted with a paddle, add 250g soft, unsalted butter to 1kg of Macphie Brownie Mix.
Beat for 1 minute on slow. Add 400g water and beat for 1 minute on medium.
Deposit the mix into a lined baking tray and place in a pre-heated oven at 175°C for 25-30 minutes.
Once cooled, carefully remove the brownie from the tin. Cut into triangles and stick candy canes into the bottoms to create a trunk.
Mix the green food colouring into the Macphie Rainbow Frosting Vanilla.
Using a small star nozzle, pipe the green frosting from top to bottom of the brownies in a sweeping motion.
Garnish with the Christmas decorations, preferably with a star for the top.
