Recipe Churros Style Viennese
Ingredients
- 1kg Macphie Viennese Mix
- 500g Softened butter or margarine
- Macphie Sweet Snow®
- Macphie Chocolate Frosting
- Cinnamon
Method
Place Macphie Viennese Mix and softened butter or margarine into a machine bowl fitted with a paddle. Mix on slow speed until fat is dispersed.
Scrape down and mix for a further 5 minutes on medium speed.
Pipe into uniform swirls and bake for 15 minutes at 190°C.
Combine Macphie Sweet Snow® and cinnamon together.
Once combined, dust the warm cookies with the cinnamon mixture.
Once cooled pipe in the Macphie Chocolate Frosting with S starred nozzle.
Once piped placed on the biscuit lid and serve.
