Method

  1. Place Macphie Viennese Mix and softened butter or margarine into a machine bowl fitted with a paddle. Mix on slow speed until fat is dispersed.

  2. Scrape down and mix for a further 5 minutes on medium speed.

  3. Pipe into uniform swirls and bake for 15 minutes at 190°C.

  4. Combine Macphie Sweet Snow® and cinnamon together.

  5. Once combined, dust the warm cookies with the cinnamon mixture.

  6. Once cooled pipe in the Macphie Chocolate Frosting with S starred nozzle.

  7. Once piped placed on the biscuit lid and serve.
