Method

  1. In a machine bowl fitted with a paddle, add the egg and Macphie Lemon Crème Cake Mix and beat for 1 minute on slow speed and 3 minutes on medium speed.

  2. Add the oil and water and mix for 1 minute on slow speed. Scrape down and mix for a further 3 minutes on slow speed.

  3. Deposit into cake trays and bake for 30 minutes at 180⁰C

  4. Once baked and cooled, cut the sheets into squares to fit the glasses.

  5. Whip the Macphie Mactop® Extra to three times its volume.

  6. Build the pot by layering the Macphie Lemon Crème Cake, Macphie fru-ti o.t.t® Mango & Passionfruit dessert topping and the whipped Macphie Mactop® Extra then garnish with fresh diced mango and passionfruit.
