Recipe Classic Nachos
Ingredients
- Macphie Nacho Cheese Sauce
- Guacamole
- Sour cream
- Pickled red chilli
- Tortilla chips
- ISI gun with gas cylinder
Method
Warm the Macphie Nacho Cheese Sauce, pour into the ISI gun and charge with 1 cylinder. Shake well for 10 seconds.
Arrange the tortilla chips in a serving bowl and add the guacamole, sour cream and pickled chillis.
Top with the siphoned Macphie Nacho Cheese Sauce and serve.
