Method

  1. In a suitable saucepan, over a medium heat gently warm the Macphie White Wine Sauce.

  2. Gently place the cod pieces into the pan and poach for about 3 minutes.

  3. After 3 minutes add cooked and sliced potatoes, cooked mussels and cooked broccoli to the pan and cook for a further 5 minutes ensuring the fish is cooked through and the rest of the garnish is warm.

  4. Once cooked, finish with chopped parsley and serve.
