Recipe Cod in a parsley white wine sauce
Ingredients
- 500ml Macphie White Wine Sauce
- 2 100g cod pieces
- 100g New Potatoes
- 100g mussels
- 100g Tenderstem Broccoli
- 50g Parsley
Method
In a suitable saucepan, over a medium heat gently warm the Macphie White Wine Sauce.
Gently place the cod pieces into the pan and poach for about 3 minutes.
After 3 minutes add cooked and sliced potatoes, cooked mussels and cooked broccoli to the pan and cook for a further 5 minutes ensuring the fish is cooked through and the rest of the garnish is warm.
Once cooked, finish with chopped parsley and serve.
