Recipe Confetti blondie
Ingredients
- 1kg Macphie Blondie Mix
- 190g water
- 190g vegetable oil
- Bake stable Sprinkles
Method
Place the Macphie Blondie Mix into a mixer with the water and oil.
Mix on a medium speed for 6 minutes until a batter is formed.
Add the sprinkles and mix to incorporate.
Place into a line tray and bake on 150°C for 25-30 minutes until cooked.
Portion as required.
