Recipe Cookie balls
Ingredients
- 1kg Macphie Soft and Chewy Cookie Mix
- 120g water
- 1kg Macphie Soft and Chewy Chocolate Cookie Mix
- 120g water
- 200g white chocolate chips
- Macphie o.t.t® Toffee dessert topping
Method Makes 12-15 cookies
Place Macphie Soft & Chewy Cookie Mix and half the chocolate chips into a machine bowl fitted with a paddle. Add the water and mix on slow speed until a dough is formed.
Repeat with Macphie Soft and Chewy Chocolate Cookie Mix.
Roll both mixes into 50g balls and freeze.
On a lined baking tray bake the cookies at 170°C for 8 minutes.
Leave to cool slightly before serving with a dip pot of Macphie o.t.t® Toffee dessert topping.
