Recipe Cookie dough brownies
Ingredients
- 1kg Macphie Brownie Mix
- 290g cold water
- 130g unsalted butter
- 75g chocolate, melted (minimum 50% cocoa content)
- 400g Macphie Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough
Method Makes 10-12 portions
Place Macphie Brownie Mix in a machine bowl fitted with a paddle, add in the melted butter and chocolate, mix for 1 minute on slow speed.
Add water, scrape down and mix for 2 minutes on slow speed.
For 18×30 sheets, deposit 1kg of mix followed by the Macphie Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough pieces and bake for 40-50 minutes at 180⁰C.
Allow to cool before chilling fully and portioning into squares.
