Recipe Cookie dough sundae

Ingredients

Method Makes 3-4 sundaes

  1. Place the Macphie Reduced Sugar Mississippi Chocolate Muffin & Cake Mix into a bowl fitted with a paddle, add the water and oil and beat for 1 minute on slow speed, scrape down. Beat for a further 6 minutes on medium speed

  2. Pour the mix a ladle of mix into a preheated waffle iron and cook until crispy, repeat with the rest of the mix.

  3. Break up one of the waffles and place into the bottom of the glass.

  4. Drizzle around the inside of the glass with the Macphie o.t.t® PLUS milk chocolate dessert topping. Add some soft scoop ice cream and some of the Macphie Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough pieces.

  5. Top up with soft serve ice cream and finish with more Macphie Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough, a ¼ of chocolate waffle and drizzle of Macphie o.t.t® PLUS milk chocolate dessert topping.
