Method

  1. Place Macphie Soft & Chewy Chocolate Cookie Mix into a machine bowl fitted with a paddle.

  2. Add 120g water and mix on slow speed until a dough is formed.

  3. Bake on 170°C for approx. 15 minutes until cooked.

  4. Allow to cool.

  5. Sandwich together 2 cookies using Macphie Chocolate Frosting or Macphie Cookies & Cream Flavour Frosting and smooth around the sides.

  6. Dip into sprinkles ensuring a even coating.

  7. Or alternatively, serve covered with a drizzle of warmed Macphie o.t.t® Belgian Chocolate dessert topping.
