Cookie swirls


  1. Place Macphie Soft & Chewy Cookie Mix into a machine bowl fitted with a paddle. Add 60g water and mix on slow speed until a dough is formed.

  2. Do the same with the Macphie Soft & Chewy Cookie Chocolate Mix.

  3. Roll each mix out on a floured surface to large rectangles 5mm thick. Place the chocolate one on top of the plain one. 

  4. Roll the cookie slabs widthways, like a Swiss roll until you have a long tube. Roll tightly in cling film and tie the ends. Put in the fridge to set.

  5. Once set, cut 10mm slices through the clingfilm. Remove the clingfilm from each cookie and place onto a lined baking tray.

  6. Bake at 170⁰C for 15 minutes.
