Recipe Cookies and ice cream sandwich
Ingredients
- 1kg Macphie Soft & Chewy Cookie Mix
- 1L cookie dough ice cream
- 120g water
- 150g chocolate chips
Method
In a machine bowl fitted with a paddle, add the Macphie Soft & Chewy Cookie Mix, water and chocolate chips then mix on slow speed until a dough is formed.
Pin out till 5mm thick and roll onto a flat baking tray.
Bake at 180 °C for 15 minutes.
Once cool sandwich with the cookie dough ice-cream and portion.
