Recipe Cornflake cake

Ingredients
- 1kg Macphie Chocolate Crème Cake Mix
- 600g Macphie Luxury Caramel Filling
- 500g Macphie Mactop® Extra
- 250g cornflakes
- 350g whole egg
- 300g vegetable oil
- 200g water

Method
Add the Macphie Chocolate Crème Cake Mix and whole egg to a mixing bowl and beat for 3 minutes on middle speed. Add the vegetable oil and water then beat for 3 minutes on slow speed.
Deposit cake mix into two prepared 8″ round cake tins.
Bake at 160°C for 50-55 minutes.
Melt 500g of Macphie Luxury Caramel Filling and pour over the cornflakes and mix.
Whip the Macphie Mactop® Extra and add in 100g Macphie Luxury Caramel Filling and mix until fully combined.
Layer the cakes with the caramel flavoured Macphie Mactop® Extra and caramel cornflake mix.
Decorate the top of the cake with more caramel cornflake mix and pipe on the caramel flavoured Macphie Mactop® Extra.
