Method Makes 1 large cake

  1. Place the Macphie Celebration Cake Mix & cake margarine into a machine bowl fitted with a beater & blend until fully combined.

  2. Add in 300g of the water and mix on slow speed for 1 minute, scrape down.

  3. Mix for a further 4 minutes on middle speed and add in the remaining 175g water and then mic for a final 2 minutes on slow speed.

  4. Deposit batter into 2 trays ( 7″ x 12″ x 2″) and bake for approx. 30 minutes at 180°C.

  5. Once cool, fill  and top with whipped Macphie Plant-based Cream Alternative and decorate with fresh fruit.
