Method

  1. In a machine bowl fitted with a paddle, add the egg and Macphie Chocolate Crème Cake Mix and beat for 1 minute on slow speed and 3 minutes on medium speed.

  2. Add the oil and water and mix for 1 minute on slow speed. Scrape down and mix for a further 3 minutes on slow speed.

  3. Beat the Macphie Vanilla Frosting with purple food colouring.

  4. Also beat another 100g of Macphie Vanilla Frosting with blue food colouring.

  5. Add into a pipping bag by placing blue in one side and purple in another side so these start to marble in the bag.

  6. Pipe on top of the Macphie Chocolate Crème Cake cupcakes.

  7. Garnish with sprinkles and edible glitter.
