Recipe Country cake loaf
Ingredients
- 1000g Macphie Country Cake Mix
- 400g water
- 200g veg oil
- 6g baking powder
- 4g cinnamon
- 4g ginger
- 250g sultanas
- 125g carrot
- 125g courgette
Method
Place Macphie Country Cake Mix, baking powder, cinnamon & ginger, water & oil in a machine bowl fitted with a beater.
Mix for 1 min on slow, scrape down.
Mix for a further 6 mins on medium speed.
Add the sultanas, grated carrot & courgette and blend together.
Deposit into a loaf cake tin at approx. 400g.
Bake for around 50-55 mins at 180⁰C.
